Yogesh Kulkarni – Chartered Accountant, having 22 years of progressive experience in the financial and operational excellence areas, in global multi-million dollar organisations across diverse industrial segments in India and abroad is the Chief Financial Officer for Manorama Infosolutions Private Limited and the group. His role involves balancing the responsibilities of stewardship with business partnership, by acting as an integrator and navigator for Manorama’s OP and revenue improvement initiatives through risk mitigation, framing robust controls and executing benchmarked accounting and reporting and compliance related processes. In his earlier role, he was involved in the strategy roll out, Financial engineering, Global Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting, Direct & Indirect Taxation, Risk Mitigation, GRC and SOX Roll out, Financial process excellence, new Business Development initiatives for revenue and profit maximisation , cost optimisation and overall framing and rolling out Performance Management process.

Different industrial verticals where he has worked before includes EPIC Group -$500Mn Hong Kong based Garment Manufacturing Conglomerate holding VP Finance role for Bangladesh Country operations , Diebold Nixdorf India– Subsidiary of $6Bn US MNC in ATM manufacturing in Goa as- India Finance Business Partner , besides other organisations like Pentair Water INC. (Water Solution) , Garware Wall ropes Limited (EPC Company) , Spicer India Limited–subsidiary of Dana Inc.(Automobile) , International Commercial Pty Ltd.(Republic of Namibia)-Global Trading conglomerate handling entire gamut of financial aspects.

Besides being a Chartered Accountant he is also a GST National Speaker and delivering lectures for many of the industry forums, University, Institutes and associations in India surrounding finance and related areas and supports in establishing industry-academic connect.
